Letter from the Founder:
I started out with a biology degree, and like most science grads, I thought research or lab work were my only options. It wasn’t until I moved into scientific sales that I discovered the vast, exciting world of commercialroles that still relied on my science background.
I worked across microscopy, semiconductors, imaging, and advanced materials, and saw first-hand how valuable it is to have the right people in the right roles—people who get both the science and the strategy.
